At the Yoga Pilates Torino Lagrange Studio I found professionalism, competence and kindness. The teachers are very well trained, they propose the various exercises, explaining well which anatomical part you want to train and what result you want to obtain. Pilates Reformer lessons are highly recommended.

Excellent preparation of teachers and cutting-edge machinery for postural rehabilitation, recovery from joint trauma and in general for competitive training. I'm a former volleyball player and badminton player at a competitive level... it's a shame I didn't get to know real pilates before!! Nevermore without!!!
